1. Product license

ATARS — the application, its brand name, logo and design — is the proprietary work of its developer, Priyanshu. All rights reserved. Use of the desktop application is governed by the End-User License Agreement (EULA) shown at installation together with the Terms of Service; this website by the Terms of Service. No part of the ATARS branding or proprietary code may be copied, redistributed or resold without written permission.

2. Your content

You retain full ownership of the datasets you upload and the reports you generate. ATARS claims no rights over your data or outputs.

3. Open-source acknowledgements

ATARS is built on the work of the open-source Python data community. We gratefully use, among others:

• Streamlit — application framework (Apache-2.0)
• pandas — data manipulation (BSD-3-Clause)
• NumPy — numerical computing (BSD-3-Clause)
• Plotly — interactive visualisation (MIT)

This website uses the open-source typefaces Space Grotesk, Inter and IBM Plex Mono, served under the SIL Open Font License.

5. Trademarks

"ATARS" and the five-colour “a” logo are trademarks of the developer. Other product and company names mentioned are the property of their respective owners.
